bro since we are starting out we decided to ask the membership fee and fill out the form on your first attendance, this is to see if the applicant is really willing, its easy to commit without givng out something but asking for a membership fee is something it would prove the sincerity of the applicant to be a member of the team. The applicant will be a on probation status, after fulfilling the 5pt system then you will become a bonafide member..

By then, we can say na he/she might be sincere in joining....at least we are assured that he/she will be a good member. just my 2 cents!

We had experiences before kse bro from our former team na although umaattend ng meeting and nag jjive sa group for awhile after that they eventually would disappear and all of a sudden missing in action na,besides non members can still attend our meetings even without being a member of the team and observe us, the only difference from non members and newbies or applicants is that they newbies are paying for the required fees because its the SOP and were not forcing the aspiring members to join us immediately they can decline from paying and be an observer if they still have apprehensions from joining, one way of showing their sincerity of joining the team is paying the required fee, in this we can know who are determined to join and from those who are still undecided... =)
